We're upgrading our systems.

We are making some important system upgrades, making database tuning and configuration adjustments for added functionality and operational efficiency.

What is the expected duration of the maintenance window?
- 0:00 to 03:00 AEST (3 hours)

Will there be a service interruption, and do you need to do anything?
- All Whispir services will be unavailable for an outage period during the maintenance window, including the web user interface and API endpoints.
- The servers will not process any message requests sent to Whispir during the outage period.
- If you wish to send messages during the planned maintenance period, we recommend that you make alternative arrangements.
- If you monitor API endpoints from Whispir, you may receive alerts from your tracking during the change period depending on the type and frequency of your monitoring. Again, this is to be expected.

What if I have messages that should be sent during this time?
- They will be sent as soon as services are restored. Alternatively, you can change your message schedule through the platform if you wish to avoid the maintenance period.
- If you need assistance, please get in touch with your Customer Success Manager or our Support Team, who will be happy to help.

How do we know the change has been completed successfully?
- You will receive a notification during and after the change has been completed. Once we have completed the change, you will be able to log in to the Whispir platform, and the Whispir API endpoints will become available.

Do you need to do any Post Verification Testing (PVT)?
- Whispir will perform a series of operational tests (PVT) after the change is complete. However, we recommend that customers run their own PVT and contact our support team if they have any issues.
