We experienced an outage today, which lasted for 26 minutes. This outage affected the ability of users to access our web application platforms across all regions. There was a fault within our authentication service provider’s systems that caused the issue. Our team is conducting a thorough investigation of the event, and we will also conduct a post-mortem review of the incident with our service provider.
