Yesterday, we faced difficulties while delivering messages to phone numbers based in Singapore. This occurred due to implementing new security measures and blocking logic for SenderID. Once we discovered the issue, we quickly reverted these changes and are currently conducting a thorough internal and regulatory review. The changes have been temporarily suspended until we resolve the issue, after which they will be re-implemented for messaging to the Singapore region.
