Update: Upon further review of the incident, it has come to our attention that additional messaging in the AU region was impacted due to the fault. This led to some customers experiencing a brief disruption in both SMS messaging with and without Sender IDs. If you were affected by this incident, kindly get in touch with our support team at support@whispir.com for further assistance and information regarding the reprocessing of affected messaging content. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We identified an issue with messages containing Sender IDs experiencing delivery failures. Our technical team promptly investigated and implemented corrective measures to address the problem. The necessary steps have been taken to rectify the issue. Messages with Sender IDs should now be successfully delivered without any further interruption.
