On January 15, 2024, we faced an unexpected problem with our voice-out services in the Australian (AU) region. This problem occurred due to an emergency hotfix release, which has been identified as the cause. To resolve the problem, we have rolled back the changes and have performed the necessary remediation activities. The impact of the issue lasted for about two hours.
