We are writing to inform you about maintenance activities scheduled for January 2025. These activities are the result of extensive application development and enhancement work that began in August 2024. This upgrade program has been planned and executed to address the service issues encountered in recent months, enhance resilience, and provide increased scalability for the future.

These maintenance windows are set during periods of lowest customer activity and will be carried out in a way that minimizes service disruption. While we do not anticipate any outages, messaging delays, or service-impacting issues during these maintenance periods, customers should prepare to implement BCP services or processes to manage the low risk of potential problems. The dates and times are as follows:

Tuesday, January 14, 2025, from 00:00 to 02:00 AM AEDT.
Thursday, January 16, 2025, from 00:00 to 02:00 AM AEDT.
Tuesday, January 21, 2025, from 00:00 to 03:00 AM AEDT.

Whispir will send Status Page notifications at the beginning and end of each maintenance window as usual.
