On 14th of October 2026, we will retire identity.whispir.com, a legacy address that was previously part of our login service. After that date, visiting it will redirect you to the Whispir public website whispir.com.
Do I need to do anything? Most customers don't. Log in as you normally do, use your regional Whispir address:

If you've bookmarked identity.whispir.com, please update the bookmark to your regional address. If your organization restricts access to specific domains, you can remove identity.whispir.com from your allowed list after 14th of October 2026. Please keep your regional Whispir address allowed.
What isn't changing Your usernames, passwords and multi-factor authentication stay the same. Whispir API integrations are not affected.
